Refund Policy
How do I return or exchange a Product?
We can only accept Returns, Defective products or Exchanges if the product was purchased directly from this store. Products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective refund or return policy.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Contact info@dogswithissues.com for a RNA number to authorize the return.
- Defective items: if you have a defective item, in which the product was defective on arrival (not chewed, or damaged by wear from the pet), then a new product of the same size and color (if available) will be made after return of the defective item. The buyer is liable for returning the product back to the address listed below, with proof of the date and method of payment.
- Exchanges for another size: The product must be in new condition and not used on the pet. Visibly used or worn items are not eligible for returns and/or exchange. Returning any product in other than new condition as it was received (no knots, bends in the material or other changes), fur, dirt or other contaminant will negate any anticipated refund or exchange request. If a product is exchanged for a different size, the buyer will be responsible for future shipping costs. One product to be exchanged should be returned by a check or money order for $8.75 or the same amount that it cost to ship the item if greater, and any difference in cost (if applicable). The buyer will be directed to return the product back to the address listed below, with proof of the date and method of payment.
New Item return/refund: The product must be in New Condition and not used on the pet. Visibly used or worn items are not eligible for returns. Returning any product in other than new condition as it was received (bends in the material or other changes), fur, dirt or other contaminant will negate any anticipated refund or exchange request. A refund will be given in the same method of payment for the individual product. The buyer will be directed to return the product back to the address listed below, with proof of the date and method of payment. A 15% restocking fee per product will be charged.
- We recommend buyers pay for tracking and Insurance with their preferred mail carrier when returning or exchanging items. If we do not receive a returned item, and there is no tracking number to show proof of delivery, we will not be able to process the transaction.
